Welcome to Lakeridge of Eugene
CLICK ON LARGE PHOTO ABOVE FOR ALL THE PHOTOS OF LAKERIDGE. We are an outstanding 55+ gated community on a small lake across the street from a golf course and conveniently located near shops, malls, restaurants and walking trails along the Willamette River while just from minutes the Coburg shopping area and downtown Eugene.
Our lovely community consists of a large well-maintained club house and 192 manufactured homes built between 1990 and 1996. Many of these homes have been updated and remodeled and have had roofs and heat pumps replaced. All the homes are Super Good Cents homes and are very economical to heat and cool. They all have automatic sprinkler systems for the lawns; residents are responsible for their own yard care. Pets are allowed but are limited to either one dog, 30 pounds or less, or two indoor cats.
Monthly space rents in 2017 range from $653 to $735 for new residents, depending on view and location. The space rent includes water, trash, sewer, extended basic cable and use of all clubhouse facilities. RV Parking spaces are $35 per month without electricity and $45 with electricity (check for availability).
We have a waiting list of people interested in moving to Lakeridge due to the shortage of homes for sale. When we get a new listing, we contact the people on our waiting list and typically one of them buys the home. Therefore, the listings don’t make it to the website. If you want to be put on the waiting list, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information and a description of your housing needs or call Donna White at 541 525 6103. We appreciate your interest and hope the housing shortage will improve this spring.
A private walking trail along the lake is just one of the many delights available to seniors at Lakeridge of Eugene Senior Park. Our residents enjoy regular social activities at their lovely clubhouse. Organized group activities include arts and crafts, birding, book club, games, movies, land and water exercise. Social activities include a full breakfast for all residents and their guests, plus a variety of lunches and dinners throughout the year providing many opportunities to meet and socialize with your neighbors. Facilities include an indoor pool and spa, exercise room, billiard tables, lending library, and social room with large kitchen for food preparation for the many community gatherings.
Please feel free to come by and drive through our lovely park. Our gates are open daily from 7am–7pm. Color photo flyers are available at all our current listings. To make an appointment to view individual listings, or to learn about upcoming listings, please call Donna White at (541) 525-6103 or Elaine Wegener at (541) 337-0433.
